Jason went for his NAPFA test at his school recently and got the full score of 30 points and awarded a GOLD for it.
He did some serious training for the test by jogging and swimming too.
As his right knee ACL Reconstruction Surgery was done a year ago, I was concerned that he may not do well for some of the stations like shuttle run.
Happy and proud of his achievements in the NAPFA test.
I was back in Penang again from 21 - 31 Oct, after about a week break from my last trip, to help look after my parents since my elder sister was not well.
