River Hong Bao 2011

One of the highlights of Chinese New Year is the River Hong Bao which was held on the floating platform in Esplanade.

Hibiscus

On the 3rd day of Chinese New Year, our hibiscus flowers bloomed .......!

We have to put up a fence around the garden so that Jack does not have access to the hibiscus flowers as he jsut loves to eat them.....ha....ha....

Chinese New Year - Reunion Dinner 2011

We have a simple steamboat dinner for our own reunion dinner at our own home on the eve of Chinese New Year.

A weekend ago, we have another reunion lunch with my spouse's relatives at my mother-in-law's home. It was a pot luck arrangement.
